Per cominciare bene…

Carissimi genitori,
apriamo anche quest’anno l’anno pastorale che, come quello scolastico appena iniziato, sarà carico di novità e di incognite relative alla gestione dell’emergenza per il contenimento del coronavirus.
Anche le attività pastorali infatti, così com’è stato l’anno scorso, avranno delle ripercussioni più o meno pesanti in base all’andamento dei contagi pertanto, almeno nella prima parte dell’anno, ci sarà bisogno di tanta pazienza e spirito di adattamento nonché di un grande senso di responsabilità.
Vi raggiungo con questa lettera che ha come obiettivo sottolineare l’importanza della formazione cristiana e la cura della vita di fede di adulti e bambini per la quale è richiesto a voi genitori un supplemento di responsabilità e di cura. La formazione cristiana negli ultimi anni è relegata all’ultimo posto nella considerazione degli impegni familiari e, come sapete, la partecipazione ai sacramenti, alla messa domenicale, agli incontri di formazione (ACR, catechesi, ecc..) vede sempre meno partecipanti e sempre più assenti con scuse a volte veramente infantili… Da parte nostra non possiamo impedire l’accesso alla vita sacramentale ai piccoli perché nessuno è padrone della Grazia di Dio che opera come vuole e in chi vuole. Questo ingenera confusione e disorientamento in chi (pochissimi) si sforza di fare le cose seriamente. Che senso ha infatti frequentare e partecipare se siamo sempre in pochi? Se altri più furbi si assentano strategicamente e puntualmente tanto alla fine la Prima Comunione e gli altri Sacramenti si fanno comunque?… D’altronde irrigidirsi da parte nostra ed essere esigenti ingenera reazioni del tipo: “Ma don Angelo, bisogna essere flessibili, comprensivi, ecc..”
Insomma siamo di fronte a tante situazioni che a dir poco ci lasciano basiti ma che non spengono la voglia di ricominciare e di continuare a credere che il Signore è il protagonista della vita della Chiesa e che questa “Bella Notizia” che come cristiani seguiamo da duemila anni ci riempie ancora il cuore di gioia e ci fa andare avanti nonostante tutti i virus: quelli della vita e quelli non meno gravi della fede!
Cominciamo col passo giusto allora! Ecco alcune indicazioni per farlo nel miglior modo possibile:
- Gli incontri dell’ACR si svolgeranno in due giorni settimanali il MARTEDI e il VENERDI (non più soltanto il venerdì) per dare la possibilità di distanziarci negli ambienti e di partecipare meglio agli incontri. Al momento dell’iscrizione il genitore darà un’opzione su quale dei due giorni preferisce in base ai propri impegni o a quelli dei ragazzi.
- Le Iscrizioni all’ACR sono aperte da lunedì 28/9 a sabato 3/10, ogni sera dalle ore 18 alle ore 20 presso la parrocchia. Il costo dell’iscrizione è di € 25,00.
- L’inizio dell’Anno Catechistico è fissato domenica 18 ottobre con la Messa delle 10,30.
Alcune date importanti:
- Dall’8 all’11 Aprile avrà luogo la Visita Pastorale del Vescovo nella nostra parrocchia.
- L’11 Aprile alle ore 11 il Vescovo amministrerà il Sacramento della Cresima ai ragazzi di 3^ media e di 1° Superiore.
- Le Prime Comunioni saranno celebrate in parrocchia domenica 9 maggio (i ragazzi di 5^ elementare) e domenica 16 maggio (i ragazzi di 4^ elementare).
- Le Prime Confessioni saranno celebrate in parrocchia venerdì 12 marzo alle ore 16,30 (i ragazzi di 4^ elementare) e sabato 13 marzo alle ore 16,30 (i ragazzi di 3^ elementare). Domenica 14 marzo alle ore 11, 00 sarà celebrata la Festa del Perdono con la celebrazione dell’Eucarestia.
Per quanto attiene la gestione del coronavirus è importante sapere che:
- All’atto dell’iscrizione il genitore compilerà e sottoscriverà un modulo di autocertificazione per escludere contatti precedenti ed eventuali contagi.
- Agli incontri dell’ACR i bambini saranno accolti in alcuni punti esterni gli ambienti parrocchiali (troverete le indicazioni utili all’arrivo) ed accompagnati dagli educatori nella sale attraverso quattro ingressi distinti.
- Ai bambini sarà misurata la temperatura all’ingresso con un termoscannere i dati saranno cestinati dopo 15 giorni. Sui tabulati a disposizione degli educatori sarà riportato soltanto il nome e cognome del bambino e il giorno e l’ora della rilevazione. Per questioni di privacy la temperatura rilevata non sarà riportata su nessun tabulato bensì soltanto un segno come “OK”.
- I bambini dovranno entrare nei locali parrocchiali o nelle aree esterne indossando la mascherina che toglieranno una volta entrati nella sale della parrocchia.
- I bambini che vorranno allontanarsi dalla sala dove viene svolto l’incontro per qualsiasi motivo (WC o altro..) dovranno essere sempre accompagnati dall’educatore. Sarà assolutamente vietato sostare o muoversi all’interno della struttura senza l’accompagnatore.
- Per ritardatari o coloro che dovranno allontanarsi prima per diverse esigenza ci sarà all’esterno un educatore che farà da filtro per permettere l’accesso o l’uscita in scurezza.
- All’ingresso di ogni sala e del bagno ci saranno gli appositi dispenser per l’igienizzazione delle mani.
- Soltanto nelle sale dei gruppi di 2^-3^-4^ elementare ci saranno i tavoli dove i bambini saranno seduti a distanza in gruppetti non superiori a 10. Invece nelle sale dove si terranno gli incontri dei gruppi di 5^ elementare – 1^-2^-3^ media non ci saranno i tavoli ma unicamente le sedie. Le stesse sale (tavoli e sedie) saranno tutte igienizzate al temine di ogni incontro dagli educatori. In parrocchia sarà possibile (per chi lo volesse consultare) la scheda tecnica degli igienizzanti. In ogni ambiente sarà nostra premura far rispettare ai ragazzi la distanza di sicurezza tra loro e, quando le condizioni atmosferiche lo permetteranno, di tenere gli incontri all’aperto.
- Non sarà possibile fornire ai ragazzi alcun tipo di materiale (fogli, penne, colori, ecc..) ma quando lo si riterrà opportuno gli educatori avviseranno di portare con se l’occorrente per l’incontro.
