Carissimi fratelli,
ritorno con nostalgia alla sera della domenica 17 novembre 2013 quando avevamo proceduto all’elezione e all’insediamento del nuovo Consiglio Pastorale Parrocchiale: ormai quattro anni fa! C’era un altro vescovo, erano ancora tra noi Don Luca e Don Mimmo, con i quali condivisi le impressioni dell’esito finale, e nel mio cuore di pastore di questa comunità trovavano posto altri sentimenti. Oggi la situazione è cambiata dal punto di vista ecclesiale e anche da quello sociale. Gli ultimi anni hanno visto un repentino cambiamento della partecipazione alla vita della comunità considerata sempre più un’agenzia di servizi e sempre meno una palestra per la vita di fede e per la comunione dei laici battezzati; sempre più una stazione ferroviaria e sempre meno una “casa tra le case”. (Cfr. EG 28)
La parrocchia offre occasioni (conoscenze giuste, possibilità di realizzarsi in ambito sociale o lavorativo, ecc..), apre le porte a tutti nella solidarietà, cura i bambini al posto dei genitori (i genitori depositano in chiesa i ragazzi per un’ora settimanale circa, con l’attesa di vederseli restituire cristiani bell’e fatti!..), esibisce tradizioni che sollecitano la partecipazione in momenti particolari (concerti di natale, processioni, funerali, matrimoni, battesimi, ecc..) con intensa carica emotiva… Ma la gente viene, morde e fugge (Cfr. VMPMC 2). La parrocchia (anche la nostra) conserva nell’immaginario collettivo le tradizioni, l’infanzia, il bisogno di sacro, l’oratorio, le recite natalizie, la premura, i ricordi, i chierichetti, il luogo in cui abbiamo vissuto con emozione la Prima Comunione, i primi calci al pallone, ecc… e tutto ciò rimane tragicamente marginale e nostalgico nelle scelte dell’età adulta, quando “manca il tempo” per viverle ancora. Si pensi, per esempio, a cos’è stato per noi il 40° anniversario della fondazione della parrocchia recentemente celebrato.
Ma dobbiamo andare avanti, dobbiamo guardare al futuro con la speranza che, se anche un giorno la parrocchia non esisterà più così com’è oggi, o come l’abbiano conosciuta, ci sarà sempre nel cuore dei credenti il desiderio di celebrare, annunciare, testimoniare la propria fede nel mondo come gli apostoli nelle modalità che lo Spirito del Signore suggerirà. Oggi la Chiesa ci chiede di rinnovare il mandato ad alcuni nostri fratelli per il Consiglio Pastorale.
Questo organo di consultazione e di partecipazione alla vita della comunità, studia la realtà del quartiere, valuta le opzioni per una più efficace azione pastorale e indica all’intera comunità le strade da seguire concretamente, le azioni da compiere perché il Vangelo di Cristo raggiunga gli estremi confini della terra!
Pertanto, è indetta l’elezione del Consiglio Pastorale della nostra Parrocchia nei giorni:
Ven 26 dalle 18 alle 20; Sab 27 dalle 18 alle 20; Dom 28 dalle 9 alle 12.
Alle 12 si procederà con lo spoglio delle schede e la proclamazione degli eletti.
